As much training as you can get. Available to all High School/ College/ Pro-Athletes.
Youth Group Training 2x/week
This is a great option for those trying to maximize their athletic ability
This option allows your youth athlete to train up to twice a week
Team Sport Perforance
This program is designed specifically for teams looking for training. Minimum of 6 players per team.
