Youth Group Training 1x/week

This option is for those youth athletes who are interested in fitness programs but would like to start out slow

Working out once per week is far greater than zero


Ages 10-13

High School/College Sports Performance Elite Membership

As much training as you can get. Available to all High School/ College/ Pro-Athletes.


Youth Group Training 2x/week

This is a great option for those trying to maximize their athletic ability 

This option allows your youth athlete to train up to twice a week


Ages 10-13

Team Sport Perforance

This program is designed specifically for teams looking for training. Minimum of 6 players per team.

Price varies.
